On July 21st, 2022, Softline successfully held “Apps in a Day” hybrid workshop at Think in A Box – 116 Nguyen Van Thu, Da Kao, District 1, HCMC – with the participation of Softline’s loyal customers including large and small enterprises from various industries. This is the first mini-workshop for both online and offline audiences after nearly two years of being affected by the COVID pandemic.
During the more than 6-hour workshop, Softline experts had the chance to discuss and share useful and up-to-date information about the market's latest digital trends, such as infrastructure building priorities for digital technology, developing internal enterprise applications, managing data volumes with AI technology, and so on.
One of the comprehensive solutions that can assist businesses in resolving the above-mentioned problems and accelerating the digitalization process at optimal costs is the Microsoft Power Platform toolkit – a powerful, completed set of solutions that includes: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents. Microsoft Power Platform is created and developed to provide organizations with advantages including:
- Quickly automate processes from simple to complex
- Save time and money
- Easily adjust to the size of business growth
- Adapt quickly to the continuous technological changes
- Enhance cybersecurity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
With the trend of switching to Low-code, No-code (LCNC) platforms to quickly develop applications that have emerged recently, Power Apps has always been deployed and applied by businesses to build applications and business automation processes.
To demonstrate the platform's ease of use and effectiveness, Softline team built ten critical business apps using Power Apps. Softline, in particular, spent a lot of useful time interacting with customers, enthusiastically guiding them in the workshop on how to practice creating the application "Stationery Supplying" on the low-code Power Apps platform.
The lab practice session is implemented through each module:
- Module 1: Design SharePoint Database
- Module 2: Power Apps Canvas App
- Module 3: Power Automate

Softline would like to express heartfelt gratitude to customers for taking the time to attend our event. In response to the enthusiastic support shown by attendees at this workshop, Softline will hold another in August 2022 to help customers learn more about Power Platform and how to use Power Apps with more complex applications, thereby speeding up business operations in an optimal and efficient manner.
