The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to think strategically about business processes, growth requirements, and technical challenges. The candidate should carry a technical bias for all things cloud and application architecture. The ISVip Lead will work on the ISVip Cloud Program, a strategic initiative to build end execute mutually beneficial business partnerships between Softline and ISV partners world wide.
Develop a methodology to stratify the ISV landscape and develop accordingly programs supporting the onboarding of ISV at scale
Lead team to create a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy to help ISVs expand their distribution and grow their revenue.
Ability to influence the ISV to establish new rules of engagement and drive standardization.
Develop Product Marketing programs to acquire, retain and develop customers.
Create and execute the team's business plan with key internal stakeholders.
Measure effectiveness of all programs and continuously optimize GTM plans for future launches. Seek feedback and align objectives with key stakeholders.
Be the content owner for all market facing activity related to the specific product or service.
10 plus years of experience in the IT market
Solid OSS/BSS platform knowledge and experience
Process optimization/re-engineering experience
Global sales, partner, and account management experience
